The leadership also all have multiple alts. It is always possible to tell an officer by their rank in the guild.
If you don't know them, it's a good idea to introduce yourself in game or in discord.

These ranks are fairly self-explanatory, and they correspond to the different roles and expectations for players. These are discussed throughout the site, particularly with respect to raiding. Most players will join as an initiate or trial and can move up through the ranks after they complete their trial/initiate periods.
