The general ethos of the guild is that everyone should carry their own weight and be considerate of others. Many issues should not need to be said, and "be nice" should be the main rule! Please treat each other as you expect to be treated.
GM and Officers are there to support and assist you. Please approach them with problems. They will listen and take on board your feedback, anonymously if required... but certainly privately.
Also, please bear in mind that not raising issues can be negative. For this to be a friendly collaborative environment, it is your responsibility to raise these issues early so they don't escalate. The GM and Officers can't help if they don't know about problems.
Bullying or harassment is NOT tolerated. If you feel like you are being bullied then you can speak to one of the Officers or Guild Master completely confidentially.
Raiders (and Raider alts) are the more experienced players within the guild. Feel free to ask them for advice, but bear in mind they have a game to play themselves. Most will go out of their way to help you, but do not badger them for information. They don't owe you a M+. They don't owe you a Torghast run. Our raiders and officers are a nice bunch, and 9 times out of 10 they will try and help, but please be respectful.
If you want help on a basic thing, do your research first. Use WoWhead, discord or even just google to do some research. 2-3 mins googling will usually find the answer you're looking for. That being said, help each other out if you can. It contributes to a posiive community.
