Pre-raid

There are a number of things that substantially help the raid. Because of this, there are some rules that are apply outside of the raid itself.

While progressing it would be appreciated that players be conscious of running raids outside of the existing raid team. By running raids and looting bosses outside of guild runs, you could potentially hinder the gearing process of other raiders.

Unless there is no raid planned, please never use your Mythic lockout unless you cannot raid with us.

The current raid status will be updated as Shadowlands progresses, but as of now, Heroic Nathria is considered OK to run outside of the guild in Heroic up to Stone Generals. However, attendance to Heroic clears is appreciated. We regularly arrange loot sharing for special items on the last two bosses.

When the next tier is released please consider ALL tiers above LFR to be progression until notified.

Signing up

Signing up is a key part of the raid organisation.

To help with attendance and planning:

To be clear, calendar invites will be sent to a broad range people. An invite on the calendar is not a guarantee of an invite to the raid. Please understand that the raid is meant to be inclusive, but you must be prepared. Raid information and invites are shared openly to encourage and help plan. Once again; these are not guarantees of being able to play in the raid.

If you cannot be sure of being ready at the raid start time, please use the tentative status and let an officer know. It is not a problem to mark yourself as tentative, this information is useful. However, it causes huge problems if you sign up and do not attend.

Also; the guild uses "Standby" to indicate just that: You are on standby. Numerous people have got Guild First kills, mythic progression and other great achievements while marked as a Standby for that night. Real life often takes over and having reserves is vital. Please make sure you attend and are contactable if you are on standby.

Invites

It is really frustrating to start late with raids. This can be avoided by being ready for invites at the correct time.
